We are committed to paying Associates a fair wage for their time and work.

About Fair Wages

Upon completing training, Associates earn fair wages. We start at the lower end of the fair wage range in order to:

• Set a realistic expectation for earning after graduation
• Incentivize continual movement through the program
• Help guarantee the likelihood of a pay increase after graduation
